First off, no this is not a paid job so if you want or expect a weekly/monthly paycheck you might as well leave now. Second, I am looking for someone who can make low-poly models of people, building, etc. that would be willing to join in the creation of a game. No, it's not going to be a short time. This is going to be a long, drawn out project that could take a year+.

Sure, they're gonna be doing what they love, but doing it for someone for over a year and not even getting anything in return from them isn't the most fun.

Perhaps I should explain a little more? I need models. I don't have tons of money to just hand out. After so many models are created, I will not receive them until payment is given to the person, if I believe they are what I want of course. So yes, they are working for free at first, but will eventually receive some sort of payment from me if I like what I see. But there is no "weekly paycheck" or anything like that. Of course, trust is going to be a hard thing to acheiev also though. I don't wanna pay someone and then they run off with the money and I get nothing.

Maybe? You could equally just run away with what they made and not pay a thing.
