I just wanted to ask a quick question.. Anyone recognize the backround on this screenshot? If it a gamemode or something. Looks kinda cool to me.

If you mean Trouble in Terrorist Town, (TTT) then yes, it's a gamemode. Just google it.

Oh, then I have no idea. Probably just a map, but it's hard to tell which one. Good luck finding that, could be flatgrass even.
