That's really good. I think I'd hurt myself or somebody if I tried to vector an image. Sometimes it's very frustrating, but good job!

Wow, that B&W 1600x1050 version really looks like it has colour!
HE has a lovely comic style going on with the clothing but the face, overly wrinkly/loose skinned hands and the background ruin it.
Looks like it's vectored by hand, too.
There's weird 'artifacts' on his cape
It was vectored by hand, and the weird artifacts are just where the vector becomes so fine that the pixels can't really show it as such, if it was enlarged they wouldn't appear.
