in case you didn't notice, it's an entire comic. click the 'next' button and you'd obviously see it's about solider and demoman.

Why the fuck would they be bankrupt?
They put the soldier and the demo man up against eachother, Soldier yells "MAGGOT!" and the Demoman yells "KABOOM!!" and shoots an explosive at the soldier. The demoman gets an update and TF2 will be free for the rest of our lives.
