Waiting for a video from leafy saying "THIS GUY IS FUCKING 60 YEARS OLD AND SKATEBOARDING AROUNDS KIDS" or some shit.
He looks really old for 60, but if you said he was like 70-75 I'd say he looked really good for that age. Fitness has a crazy exponential effect on health as you get older...When you see people who are like 75 that still work out regularly they look great, I have seen a guy that is 70, ripped and literally doesnt look older than 50 even in the face.
I'd like to be like that rather than being a fragile old person that can barely get around. He is right in showing people that it can be done...People think that when you get to an old age thats it, you are incapable of doing anything without seriously injuring yourself, but the point is you do stuff like this before you get that point to prevent yourself deteriorating.
