This is fucking horrible. I'm part of a foster family, and we get all sorts of dogs in our home that have had things like this done to them. About 40% of them are not savable, because they've got such horrible memories. We had a dog that literally pee'd herself when you yelled at her, because she had been beaten so much. I hate people that do this shit.

I think that's because normal people like you and I think of pets as animals we take on because we love them, that wouldn't stand a chance in the wild because they depend on us. I might get pissed at my dog sometimes because he can be a fucking dumbass, but he still makes me happier than a lot of people I know and I'd never dream of hurting him. I get really sad when I think of him getting hurt or even just being unhappy, I'd never intentionally put him in that state and anybody who [I]would[/I] is clearly just a power-tripping sociopath.

Because some people genuinely think unfortunate/sad/depressing things are funny. Look at other threads in SH, you could see "man tortures and kills 300 kittens" and you'll see it get some funnies.
