Hey guys,
Lately I have taken a huge interest into the stock market, so I've decided to open up a portfolio.
However, being with such small investment limits, I need a broker that has decent charting software as well as low commissions without the need for a large minimum account balance.
I live in Canada. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
I've dealt with fast threads before, his service has always been great and i've always profited after a brief period of "???"
your local bank should do it for you!
I will do it.

You can trust me.
This is what I get when I expect a straight answer on Facepunch, eh?
I can't imagine many experienced stock brokers to be on facepunch
Then again, there are some strange characters on here
I recommend doing a lot of research into stocks before choosing a broker.
In fact, brokers should only be used when you're dealing with reasonably large amounts of money.

No, not necessarily. You can trade if you have a small amount to investment, but that is why you need a low commissioned broker because you don't want to spend $20 on commissions in/out.
I'm pretty sure you can't trade on the stock market when your 12.

Indeed, so you'll need to wait 6 more years until you're finally old enough, gerbile5.

Doesn't that mean you're like, twelve?
I just wanted to get some experience and play with a few hundred on the PINK sheets and OTC markets, but I think I might just go elsewhere to find an answer to the OP.
