Two travelers from Norway went to Congo, was accused of killing a driver in Congo, that was 3 months ago, and Congo has just blowen this out into a epic tail of idiocy and stupidity.
They claim the two are spies working for the Norwegian king, and than the king himself (who have no real authority in Norway) said to spy on Congo, all this boiled down too a 500 billion dollar bill Congo demands from Norway.

It's also pretty obvious they have no idea what they are doing and who they are talking to, considering the king of Norway simply have the possibility of Three vetoes, and one ultimate veto, and is simply some gullible old guy that gets money for some reason.
