How am I supposed to know...

I'm new to this, and I was wondering, it shows 3 different downloads on garrysmod.org, how do I know which one of those to download?

They're all the same. Wrong section too.

Its like three different lines all leading to the same thing. How many people are "waiting" in line will affect the download speed you are getting.
