Too many shots but he did resist arrest and the tazer didn't work on him. I guess they should just left the guns out of it and just plain simple overmanned him. After all, he was one guys and they we're atleast 2. Edit: To quick on the post here, the man died. Obviously overkill to use the guns.

Even a small rock can kill especially if it hits someone in the head. Could also cause problems around cars. Not sure they should have shot if he was fleeing though.

I don't think he had anything in his hand, if they shot him for no reason something has to be done. I mean really, even if he did have a small rock left, you shoot at him and then fucking chase him down and shoot him again? That's a fucking execution.

Hell I didn't know cops were even allowed to spray in such populated areas. Seriously it easily could've hit someone else.

Also what's supposed to happen is the cop is only supposed to shoot when they are defending their life and they are trained to use whatever means to "stop the threat" The fastest and most effective way to "stop the threat" just so happens to be killing them.

He might've acted stupid, but being stupid shouldn't give cops free-tickets to shoot someone dead.

He was shot because he was about to throw it at the cops.
