I found this workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EaMWncfdNQc I only do it weekly, because im a lazy fuck. I promised myself I would do this daily or at least every 2 days but.. this fucking computer -_- But what do you think of this?
ice1cube is a total bro. i didnt watch all of it but feel free to add stuff in from the calisthenics thread to the workout . also diet is honestly the most important part. and if youre to lazy to spend 20 mins exercising a day or every other day then you might as well quit
You're not going to gain anything from doing that once a week.
You're not going to gain anything from doing that once a week.
i know lol but im lazy :V **********WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORK OUT THEN?******** cuz just thinking about doing this routine for 20 minutes makes me sick
i know lol but im lazy :V **********WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORK OUT THEN?******** cuz just thinking about doing this routine for 20 minutes makes me sick
just how fat and disgusting do you think you are
i know lol but im lazy :V
then why the fuck did you even bother to start?
Get MAD. When you work out. Be the most angsty little fucker you can be for about an hour. That's how I stay motivated. WORD [editline]26th March 2011[/editline] Also, that work out plan is not going to produce any good gains any time soon
Actually Binsky, I sweet talk my iron. I speak words of love to thy iron. Positivity over negativity
just how fat and disgusting do you think you are
i just said im lazy :V
then why the fuck did you even bother to start?
I dunno, it's better than nothing lol
i know lol but im lazy :V **********WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO WORK OUT THEN?******** cuz just thinking about doing this routine for 20 minutes makes me sick
Man up for a couple of weeks and you'll start to see and feel some changes. Shit sucks but there's no way around it.
Actually Binsky, I sweet talk my iron. I speak words of love to thy iron. Positivity over negativity
Bro, who said I was negative? When I lift I'm POSITIVELY PISSED
Man up for a couple of weeks and you'll start to see and feel some changes. Shit sucks but there's no way around it.
yeah man, I think you're right. im going to start this shit this is the motivation i needed lol thanks. I'll start another thread when I lose it so you can bitch about me bitching again
I don't see why you need motivation to workout. Working out in itself is motivation for me, I love it.
motivation thread brah and lol if you stick to it for a month and work hard, you will start seeing results, and that in itself is the best motivation by far
i guess im that that kind of person then :/ I just like to see fast results
Everyone does, but if you stick at it, you don't want to stop again.
Yep ok I should make a motivation thread But now back to the video. If you haven't seen it this is the routine 15squats, 10 pushups, 5pull ups(15 sit ups if you have nowhere to do pullups) you do this as much as you can for 20 minutes. I'ts cindy from crossfit lol but what do you think of this? anything better? etc?
you know whats better than busting your ass on a body weight routine? getting a good diet
Yeap, in weight training (basically any training or maintaining a healthy body) nutrition is key.
my diet is ok. i also have high metabolism
I hope so. I've heard that a lot: 'my diet is good and my metabolism is high', most people who say that have normal metabolism but just don't eat well. In their view they eat healthy but in reality it's mostly the other way around. So, I hope for you that you are right because most people seem to underestimate nutrition.
I wouldn't say I have a really good nutrition. but in asian food I trust. My mom cooks mostly some vegetable only dishes for dinner and lunch, and the occasional fish dish. My dad, on the other way around, has to have meat in everything, but he doesn't cook that often. so I think it balances out. and yea the occasional snack :guilt:
Only way to find out is to count it out, train hard and see whether you're losing fat or gaining fat. Nutrition can be pretty complex, so for help you can always ask around here; although half of us are a bunch of bro scientists, we always eager to help a bro out, the intentions are good.

yeah lol thanks for the heads up PS: you just hit 666 posts @sp00ks protein is in meat, fish and the daily glass of milk I drink lol. When my mom went away and only my dad was home, I spent most of those days eating meat lol
