It’s been just a little over a month since the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but Konami’s pachinko company KPE recently filed a trademark for “Big Boss.” [t]http://www.siliconera.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/3de81bb3s.jpg[/t] Konami haven’t said anything regarding the trademark, which will cover games, trading card games, medal games, slot machines, pachinko, and board games.
Gotta maximise the profits while it's still hot huh? Hit the lever!

Why [editline]5th October 2015[/editline]
Hit the lever!
I just hear that in the trailer guys voice for the silent hill pachinko whenever I see that now. hit the lever for an extended MGS 5 ending
Welp, its over for Metal Gear. Cant wait for MGR2:Pachinko!
I'm not even surprised anymore
As a[del]n online discussion[/del] franchise grows longer, the probability of a [del]comparison involving Nazis or Hitler[/del] pachinko machine approaches 1. It's such a cashcow industry.
It's like a kid denying he ate the chocolate in the cupboard but he has chocolate all over his face. And he continues to eat it before you're even out the room.
And so it begins. Can't wait until they also hand off the next MGS to some inexperienced Western developer, and they probably utilize the plot point of there being another clone of Big Boss that is essentially another Solid Snake, thus rendering MGS4 almost completely pointless. Personally, the only other thing I want to see concerning Metal Gear is another Rising, only this time, it visits the original plot of what happened with Raiden between MGS2 and MGS4. Of course made by Platinum, but I doubt we'll get so lucky.
quite frankly i'm impressed with how konami managed to become the most hated game company seemingly overnight
cool, can't wait to see what they do with the IP
This is obviously what they meant when they said they're going to stay in the AAA market
quite frankly i'm impressed with how konami managed to become the most hated game company seemingly overnight
The way the company has handled everything just looks like it has a huge baby for a CEO and a board of directors full of the biggest bitches imaginable. Like they got pissed and now do everything they can to spite literally everyone.
quite frankly i'm impressed with how konami managed to become the most hated game company seemingly overnight
In one single swoop, they managed to piss off fans of Kojima, Silent Hill, Junji Ito, and Del Toro. And then they refused to license anything to anyone, even though they could live like pashas off royalties alone. It's like they got up one day and collectively agreed they won't ever touch a single yen again unless it was dropped right onto their stupid faces out of a pachinko machine's metallic asshole.

pachinko gear dlc for mgsv pls
Oh man, Konami. Why
sorry for the dumb question, but what's a medal game.
pachinko gear dlc for mgsv pls
Why would you need that when it already has disc golf with the decoys.
Well, they did it for Silent Hill and Castlevania. There's really no reason they'd draw the line there. I just hope they bring David Hayter back for it. "Snake! Hit the lever!" "The lever?!"
