People don't seem to realize how easy it is to impersonate, if you got yourself a squadcar and rushed through the city with lights on, no cop would drive behind you and stop you. Just show some fake transfer form you snatched from a counter in another station, be able to talk to people and you got a job as a cop or any other position. The system is easy to trick because a lot in out society works by trust and simple "If he wasn't what he pretends to be, we would notice", some people (conmen just to name one kind) are able to pull it off, some would fuck up at the first time someone gets a bit suspicious.
But unlike that Drake and Josh episode, this kid did not jump out of the window to escape.
Was he assisted by another fake Doctor who goes by the name "Fishy-Swaz"?
