I actually loved the 360 more then the Xbox One, the 360 was primary a gaming machine with a few multi-media applications (dvd/hd-dvd/netflix/windows media center). Plus the 360 was the birth of many good video game series, I remember playing Mass Effect and being completely captivated by it. Even though I had 4-5 RROD failures I lived in WA at the time and was only a few hours from a MS distribution center. I would send a xbox in and get one back in less then 3 days. Support was usually helpful and give you a few freebee's for the trouble. I got a few XBL promo codes (7 day ones, but none the less still something).
"It reminded people of positive experience, like kissing on a Ferris Wheel." What? At least it explains the bizarre name choices. I still don't understand how the Kinect was worse than the EyeToy.
