It was set in a nature preserve the whole time, with an isolated town in the middle of it with people in monster suits to keep people from leaving the town?
They had to destroy anything red, because the monsters were attracted to the color.
I've tried searching on Google for it, but anytime that I mention nature preserve it lists all the preserves in my area. :/
