Looking for criticism on my new series that I am trying out called Is It Worth It

Is It Worth It is something that I have wanted to trying doing for a while and never had the time until now. It's somewhat like a streamlined impressions/breakdown video of games (that I try to keep under 15 min) and I tell you weather or not I recommend you spend your hard earned money on them. I will be showing you guys the second one I have done because the first is garbage and was sort of like a beta test for me, but if you are interested I will link it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvgcdaAfYME .. you have been warned. :suicide:

I just wan't to make good content with no silly gimmicks and I realize I do not speak the most fluently at the moment but I will fix these things with time. I've also had some friends tell me that there is nothing exactly special about the video and I need to find a niche of sorts and I agree. So any advice or recommendations for future videos are appreciated! Thanks
It's been done a million times, but it's not bad. A little bit more enthusiasm in your voice could go a long way to adding that extra layer of professionalism.
You do speak better than most ~70 sub channels out there.

People like tangents if you are good at them. You need to add a little flair, but I imagine that's something that just comes with experience, so don't throw tangents out the window just yet.
A good example would be Northernlion, he goes off on a tangent all the time by making an obscure analogies to get his point across.
Thank you both for your suggestions. What I really want to do is make it a sort of free style commentary but still following a format at some point. RichyZ was correct when he said I sound like I need to relax, I was a bit.. TOO focused on what I had to say but I know I can work on that. Thanks again guys
i think tangents could totally help the videos but only if you edit it that way
i.e. a neat way to do it is when you complain about lasers, just edit in some footage of you dying a lot to them, or what have you
it just seems like the gameplay in the video is disconnected from the points you're trying to get across
also a little bit of flair can go a long way, maybe make a simple/minimalist title card, where you explain what the series is in less than 10 seconds, then fade into gameplay
I agree editing the gameplay to match what I am saying will add to the entertainment value a lot I feel.
And for anyone to answer, should I stick to only doing these for new games or are games that are on sale or older games still even worth doing?
I thought it was really solid, actually. The video and audio quality were great, the gameplay was good, and the commentary and your voice have a ton of potential. Keep making videos!
So basically, what you're asking is, "Is Is it Worth it? worth it"?
