Tesla model S and all, similar to what Elon Musk was saying about future designing of rocket engines.
You'd look like a fool doing those hand gestures in reality, should instead make a eye movement tracker, thing. Edit: Just thought that's how their branding this thing; silly hand gestures.
That looks kinda dodgy.
Looks like literally the single fucking fakest thing ever.
Looks like literally the single fucking fakest thing ever.
I was afraid to say this but yeah, they say they're filming the glasses, but they're filming it to almost perfection.
I love how they deliberately avoid showing glasses actually on someone because they probably look fucking ridiculous
How about instead you maybe film something that isnt a perfectly static shot how about you film the glasses from an angle while they are running instead of conveniently setting up everything so you have a completely clean image to edit in after effects or something. Bull fucking shit "rocket assembly" Bull shit those small glasses hold enough processing power to simulate then display a fucking laptop. Nice how 0:43 doesn't follow the hands literally at all. Notice how the "display" seems to be moving at a perfectly smooth and stable speed yet the book on the left somehow jumps around a lot. This is literal bullshit and a scam.

https://www.spaceglasses.com/ ... People... Chief Scientist... Steve Mann! Of course it's him. He's one of the more crazy profs we have at UofT. Guy also sold the patent to Google, then refused a job offer from Google... (Saw him on campus twice over the past year, once at a design review, and once doing some experiments with a waterpump in a fountain)
Doesn't matter if no one supports it and provides apps and shit on it.
lmao, I don't really feel like wearing some huge ass piece of plastic on my face.
Man these are even uglier than the Google glass.

And the emulated phone/laptop thing is probably ~cloud~ magic. Or it just streams your desktop/phone.
Drop price to 500$ max and make them look sport sun glasses instead and i would want one, maybe in a few years, but there is another prototype called GlassUp and it will have a base price of 300$, but its pretty much made for touristic use.
damn looks like 20 fps on those things lemme guess like steve jobs did it? lol.
mods title is wrong "MetaPro augmented reality glasses. Now only $3000." should be "MetaPro augmented reality glasses for tools. Now only $3000. If Steve Mann is involved then it must be legit, but... Seriously, this looks so damn fake and cheesy, I almost don't want to believe it.
The way to the future is paved with shitty style and horrible products. Remember full white PC cases that turned yellow with age? It's like that.

High Power GPU Seems legit
was that intentional? please say no
No, because I don't know what your referring to, please enlighten me. Did I write a Haiku or something on accident? Or something stupid?
"Remember full white PC cases that turned yellow with age? It's like that." How do they mess PC cases up that bad I mean?
From what I've read, it's caused by the Bromine added to plastic, that then reacts to the UV light; causing it to turn Yellow. All those old Yellow PC cases didn't start out life like that ya' know.
looks goofy
