It is. The driving segments (Which also last [B]FOREVER[/B]) are the worst parts in the game.

It deserves a 6.5-7.5, not a 3, or a one. Reviewers are a joke these days.
I really liked the attention to detail in the game. And the surplus amount of pop cult references.

A THREE? No. This game is hardly what its predecessors were, but it is not some piece of utter trash.
