Jason Chaffetz (R) of House Oversight Committee Possibly Resigning amid Ethics Complaints

Though unconfirmed, rumors are circulating that Chaffetz appears to be resigning in response to an ethics complaint filed against him alleging the following:

1) Obstruction of Justice in Trump-Russia Probe
2) Use of Illegal Email Server
3) Illegal Campaign Spending
4) Unethical conduct (including leaked Comey letter on Clinton emails)

Chaffetz, the man who had before the election said he was looking forward to another four years of investigating Clinton's email server, having an illegal email server would be the absolute peak of hypocrisy and amusement.

I'd hate to see what these Cummings and Gowdy fellas would do in his place if Chaffetz is considered a "moderating influence". Instead of just obstructing the investigation, would they openly declare allegiance to Russia?
