Muammar Gaddafi's wife, two of his sons and his daughters have entered Algeria, according to the Algerian foreign ministry. "The wife of Muammar Gaddafi, Safia, his daughter Aisha, and sons Hannibal and Mohammed, accompanied by their children, entered Algeria at 08:45am local time [0745GMT] through the Algeria-Libyan border," the ministry said in a statement on Monday published by the APS news agency. However, it gave no information on the toppled Libyan leader, whose whereabouts has remained a mystery since rebels seized control of most of Tripoli, the Libyan capital, last week. exciting stuff
As much as I dislike Gaddafi, they should just leave his wife and kids alone.
Good thing they're not staying in Libya, otherwise the rebels would tortute them which is Berberic imo.
Maybe he's still in Libya, then he sent his wife and kids out of the country for safety. But considering he's the douchiest douche douche, hes probably halfway across the world.

Someone was quoted on Sky earlier saying that his daughter is "even more insane than her father". He's probably with them, they're just not saying it.
He's probably with them, they're just not saying it.
I'm guessing he seperated himself from his wife and kids so they aren't captured along with him. Even a man like Ghaddafi has to have myopic morals.
Maybe he would use them as a decoy while he escapes in another way.
He's probably with them, they're just not saying it.
I don't think that's the case, as everyone is probably thinking exactly that. Unless the Algerian government aren't too keen to be harbouring someone wanted by the ICC that they are telling the world.

There's the usual lavish lifestyles and government involvement, but they don't hold a candle to how say Uday and Qusay Hussein acted in their respective roles in Iraq.

Impaling people on metal spikes through their rectums, burning the soles of their feet with torches and electrical cables, throwing others off of buildings, etc. I have to wonder if Gaddafi isn't on drugs, sometimes. Just because of how weird and psychedelic his behavior is- not to mention erratic. Now and in the past.
