Hope it lives up to the first, it's a high bar IMO

i don't know how to feel trainspotting is one of my fave movies and i trust danny boyle seems it's gonna be based on the novel's sequel which is good

I hope it's better than the original, so rare for a sequel to hold up to or surpass the original film.

i doubt it'll be any better than the original but i can't really complain boyle's wanted to do it for a while and it's based off of the sequel to the book, so it's not like they're scraping the bottom of the barrel and pulling a script out of their ass like with goobusters 3

trainspotting is a classic, im really interested to see how the sequel performs but the fact theyve got the original cast back is good

I saw the first one thinking it was going to be about actual trainspotters but it turns out it was a bait and switch and tricked me into watching something about heroin. This one better be true to it's name.

they've been filming on my street and all over edinburgh, hope it's as good as the first one, based off 'porno' by irvine welsh so it's original material.

Trainspotting is one of my favorite movies of all time. I hope this holds up. Danny Boyle + Irvine Welsh source material + original cast is definitely a great start.

Okay so I just saw Trainspotting for the first time. great movie, the soundtrack was amazing. Looking forward to see what the sequel brings.

Holy shit, I remember the first one somewhat. My mum watched when I was like 6 and I had to put on headphones so I wouldn't hear that movie. Definitely need to rewatch it.
