Warner Bros really is a shit publisher
Man imagine after paying 60 bucks the game company just says "Oh yeah right you just paid the same price as this guy over here, but you're only getting part of the game, while he's getting the full game. Have fun!"
Oh jesus christ did he really write "epic fail" on that thumbnail? Are we back in 2010 or something?

Most channels would simply gloss over it.

At this point I wish WB Games would just give up on porting their games to PC because the quality of the titles suffers so much from the horrible ports it might as well stay on consoles.
I think the only thing that would get WB to listen at this point regarding the PC port would be if Totalbiscuit made a video about it. It's really sad that they decided to drop support for the PC port though, especially after WB got some new devs to work on it (QLOC, the same guys who did the PC ports of SFIV and SFxT) and the port actually became playable as a result. But nope, because WB had to fuck up the initial release so bad and decided to use the same developer that gave us the shitty PC ports of MK9 and Injustice, MKX on PC has an enormous negative stigma regarding it, so nobody is going to buy it. Especially when you lump it together with the Arkham Knight PC port. Which is why WB can't even brag about the port being better, or potentially having better netcode, because nobody is going to believe them when it comes to PC due to how Arkham Knight was handled. And hell, if you're going to stop supporting the game, at least do what you did with Arkham Knight and provide refunds.

TB, you're a cool dude but the 'warn a brother' gag is nowhere near recent. I mean, I remember seeing that joke in 2003.
I still love AJ for the fact he's one of the only reviewers out there who manages to be adequately critical of games and still enjoy them at the same time. It's really refreshing amidst the flow of shill reviewers with no standards and overly pessimistic dolts who hate everything regardless.
I now regreat buying this during the steam sale and being pass the 2 week refund zone ( even though I only played less than an hour of it : / )
I now regreat buying this during the steam sale and being pass the 2 week refund zone ( even though I only played less than an hour of it : / )
The 2 week / less than an hour grace period is to get a refund with no questions asked, you can still ask for one now and hope to get a refund.
TB, you're a cool dude but the 'warn a brother' gag is nowhere near recent. I mean, I remember seeing that joke in 2003.
I'm surprised he didn't go for the super obvious one. "WB - Why Bother?"

And your semantics means what exactly. Ed Boon said literally on camera three times "you get everything".
i trust the words from the publisher

warner brothers is now officially the worst publisher

The 2 week / less than an hour grace period is to get a refund with no questions asked, you can still ask for one now and hope to get a refund.
yea I might do that mind you I just bought the normal game not extend edition or what ever cost $10 than the normal game
almost bought this. Heard the biggest killer of the PC version was the poor netcode- which is absolutely inexcusable for a game like MK.
almost bought this. Heard the biggest killer of the PC version was the poor netcode- which is absolutely inexcusable for a game like MK.
On release, it wasn't just the netcode killing the game. It was the game not even being playable for more than half the people who bought it, because WB decided to use a new download method without actually testing it beforehand. As such, most people had broken games on release. And hell, even after all that was fixed, the game still ran like ass and was barely playable. It didn't really get into a playable state until just recently. Though, truth be told, it's not like the netcode was really that much better on consoles either. Honestly, unless your delay based netcode just has some amazing technical wizardry in it, there really is no reason to be releasing a fighting game with online multiplayer without rollback based netcode in 2015/2016. Besides desyncing issues (which can be easily worked out via testing prior to release), rollback netcode has been pretty much shown to be better in most ways to delay based netcode. Only people who seem to disagree are the ones that care more about fluid animations than actual input accuracy.
