Original for comparison: Pretty good if you ask me.
Except for the really jerky camera movement at the end, this is absolutely fantastic. It's also a good reminder at how far we have progressed with computer graphics in such a short time, comparing the old pre-rendered video from NFSHP2 with Trackmania 2.
I never realised trackmania 2s graphics were that good [editline]9th December 2015[/editline] I also realise how little I've played them even though I have all of them

Example (taken from the dead megathread)
since this thread is back, might as well post some pictures from my NFS World archiving and porting process Whole livery port [t]http://i.imgur.com/iLSJ64c.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/PJemvOt.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/1CtXHDm.jpg[/t] and some vinyl port [t]http://i.imgur.com/YHa92En.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/oozXiNl.jpg[/t]
holy shit, thats awesome
Frame by frame. Can't hold on my nostalgia.
this is so friggin' good
Man, I remember playing the hell out of Hot Pursuit 2 when I was a kid. I still own that game on CD inside my closet. Good times. [editline]10th December 2015[/editline] hell, my avatar is from the film adaptation of Need For Speed, ironically
Damn, this is nostalgia for me.. I used to play the shit out of it, my dad too, even the original hot pursuit. It was always a battle between me and him on who could get the fastest lap tracks, who could beat eachother, etc, etc. Now I miss it because I live so far from home.
