• U.S. economy added 235,000 jobs in Trump's first full month
The U.S. economy added a robust 235,000 jobs in February, the Labor Department said Friday. The unemployment rate ticked down to 4.7% from 4.8% in the previous month. It's a vast improvement from 2009, when unemployment peaked at 10% after the financial crisis. "The U.S. economy is doing very very well at the moment," says Jeremy Cook, chief economist at World First, a foreign exchange firm. Economists say it will be a challenge for Trump to fulfill his promise to create 25 million jobs over the next 10 years. The unemployment rate is already very low, and many Baby Boomers have either retired or left the job market. At least in his first full month, though, Trump is on pace to fulfill that promise.
http://money.cnn.com/2017/03/10/news/economy/february-jobs-report/index.html
Thanks Obama!
~4.8% is a good unemployment equilibrium so I can't imagine it going much lower, but good pace, I suppose.
Thanks Obama.
Unironically, thanks obama! It almost sucks because we all know the current President will take all the cred.

Omg I can feel we are actually winning!.
Wow! Can you even imagine! Such huge job gains even before his economic and job policies have taken effect! He is truly the second coming of Jesus himself!
something something tired of winning
Ugh I'm afraid how long this will last
Down from an unemployment rate of "42%" in less than a month?
Anyone who knows shit will know this is down to Obama policies or at least just general economic growth because hey, there's some lag and Trump's policies won't have an impact in just a month. But hey, people are "fed up of experts" and are proud to not know shit. God that sounds edgy, but I don't think I'm wrong in this case.

still got 89.8 million jobs to go by trumps metrics since he kept counting the disabled, retired and children population in his unemployment figure

In fact, Trump's february is actually the slowest one we've had in several years. Interesting.
Experts say that increase is mainly due to warm winter weather in the Northeast and Midwest. "The warm weather is allowing construction firms to accelerate projects to be able to continue to meet their strong demand,"
It probably wasn't neither Obama or Trump
It probably wasn't neither Obama or Trump
Thanks climate change.
Thanks climate change.
See, guys, global warming is good for us! We should actually increase it!
Tho, if Trump does take credit, it would be like inheriting millions from his dad and bragging about how he's a smart businessman oh wait that did happen
See, guys, global warming is good for us! We should actually increase it!
I've actually heard several arguments from friends of mine about how warmer weather will be good for all of us. Things like increased agricultural output, nicer weather, increased trade due to more sea going routes etc... It's scary because its short sighted, but there are people who think this way. (disclosure, I don't believe in the above, mainly because increased temperatures ultimately will result in famine and desertification of the equatorial regions regardless of short term benefits.)

"Billions of people will be displaced as nearly every coastal city in the world floods, but think of all those new sea routes!" They really push themselves to find the silver lining in a situation, eh?
Less car accidents because there's no snow Praise be trump, saving lives.
Firstly I'm not American and secondly I am not a Trump supporter but I can't help but get the feeling that in SH whatever good comes from a Trump presidency will be attributed to Obama and mostly the shit will be attributed to Trump. Facts will only be facts if they match this narrative.

Unlike his supporters, we're not going to give him credit for things he had nothing to do with.

Facts will only be facts if they match this narrative.
I think it's too early for Trump to have much of an impact on job growth through anything but general optimism (because structurally the US economy hasn't changed since he took office), but from the two (make that one and a half) Trump data points we have, I don't think we can even say he has had that effect. I also think it's gonna be hard for him (or rather, in general) to improve much on the unemployment rate - the lowest it has ever been in the US seems to be 2.5%, and getting below 4% seems to be pretty short lived affairs in general. Either way, unemployment doesn't seem to be much of a problem in the US; the larger issue seems to be the wages and underemployment.

Nothing motivates war better than a fight for survival, and that very well may become World War 3.
I can't help but get the feeling.
Mate, that's just it. Pretty much all of your posts here are based on your personal ~feeling~ on a situation very rarely on the facts. Posters aren't just saying "This was Obama because Trump is a poop head and I don't like him" they are providing evidence as to why they think that the previous administration is responsible, and even speculating as to when the effects of the current administration will begin to become apparent.
