corruption will never truly go away in africa because it benefits too much people, the only thing that COULD change, would be some kind of "african spring", but even then, you have islamists, regular rebels, and god knows what else plaguing the continent.
What Africa needs is education and access to food, water, and fertile soil. Let them handle the rest otherwise their culture will suffer.
Please note it says Northern Africa, this would go to countries like Tunisia, Libya, and Algeria, which are generally less corrupt and already far better off than most other countries in Africa.
Atleast it isn't everything else Africa which is China's bitch
