• What to do with limited equipment

Hello all, first time posting but I lurk around here a lot. Basically, I've been trying to get a routine going with my limited equipment - I haven't had and will not have access to a gym for a while. As of now I have an adjustable bench rack along with a bar and 100lbs of weights (all 1inch diameter) a pullup bar, treadmill and some dumbbells. I normally do some standard presses usually 5x5, then curls with the dumbbells along with lying on my back, pressing all the way up, inward, back out and down (no clue the proper term for this) and then a shitload of pullups and chinups. I can easily do twenty without being phased at this point. Aside from all of this I do the standard of pushups, situps and jackknifes. I've been doing all of this for around four months now. My forearms are getting pretty big (something I don't exactly want) with minimal gains to my Bi's and Tri's. I recently started doing some squats with the dumbbells, but not long enough to see any improvement. I come to you guys to ask - what else should I be doing with what I'm given? In the near future I plan on also getting a curling bar and a 80lb punching bag (not exactly relevant) Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask and thanks.
get something heavy to deadlift in addition to what youve been doing and you'll be fine
My forearms are getting pretty big (something I don't exactly want)
I was going to suggest adding weight to your pullups but unless you want 15" forearms perhaps not...

I probably should have added I'm a 17 year old skinnyfuck. I went from 95lbs to 115 (mostly muscle) in around three months from bettering my diet along with taking some gold standard whey. Right now my max bench is around 80lbs with decent form. I started at like 30lbs.

I'd Definitely find a way to add weight to your pullups as well as finding something to deadlift, deadlifts are essential for gaining overall mass and strength.
