Ive recently lost alot of wait and become slightly toned, but my dad keeps telling me im too skinny and need to bulk up, i disagree bout the skinny bit.
But i want to know how to work on a six pack and my pecks, to bulk out a bit, beacuse it looks better, and wud feel better, also my fuck-buddy says shed like sumone who was liek broad shouldered and muscly.
So cna some one give me some useful excersises for these muscles?

Well would you care to explain? Obviously i came here looking for help because i don't know what to do and obviously don't have a clue on how to work out.
All i do is some basic weightlifting, crunches and press ups.
Thats all i know and do so i would appreciate it if you actually put some effort into helping me out here

fyi youre fat , get down to about 10 stone f , eat ~1500 or less calories while getting ~130g protein and what ever else you feel like. if you feel like shit then try switching to a ketosis diet which is the same amount of calories but 0 carbs

once again, you would look stupid with just a huge chest
you need to work out all your bodyparts, you can focus on some more than others but you can't ignore any of them totally unless you are TOTALLY ahead in one part than another
well i am currently working on my arms with dumbells, i go walking/running and take energy tablets before hand, and im having fairly regular sex. And my legs are naturally toned, my forearms have a girth of 10.5 inches

fyi i can tell youre fifteen and if youre to lazy to diet down then just eat ~2500 calories with ~200g protein and 250g carbs and do ( HERE COMES THE FAGGOTS WHO SAY IT DOESNT WORK) starting strength practical programming

dude, tell ppl to shut up. if i was you wouldn't bother with weightlifting. i know when i was 15 i wasn't even close to having the testosterone level to pack on muscle. just wasn't possible. but if you really want to try, join a gym, tell a trainer your goals, and get him to make you a program and show you exercises.

Lower your body fat and the abs will come; everyone has a six pack yours is just hidden behind a big flab of fat. There are various exercises for pecs to do and the most obvious ones are bench press and flyes.
Eventhough you are working these muscles, don't expect your pecs to become massive or what not, building to slap some big ass plateaus of rock on your chest is purely genetic; some have great potential and see results in a few months, some can work out for a year and still have a small chest.
I know a guy who is insanely skinny who has no six pack. I think he's slightly anorexic, he's spends around 45 minutes eating a normal sized sandwich.
A six pack is nothing more than noticeable abs. Everyone has abs.
He might have some fats or fluids in front of it plus the fact that being anorexic or underfed doesn't exactly help definition wise making it much less noticeable.
I know. I'm just saying lowering your body fat isn't always enough.
I eat really slow, too. Whether I'm eating a lot or a little for my diet's needs. I like to savor the taste. I spend an average of twenty to thirty minutes on a single sandwich. I can't woof food down, it makes me feel weird and stresses me out immediately.

I was not saying that to show off, i was saying that because sex is one of the best forms of excersises, it was merely another part of the list of excersises.
Also football for 2 hours Wednesday nights and and hour and a bit of football thursday mornings.

Also im not wanting massive pecs, just ones with shape, thats why im using the word 'toned'
