Don't get me wrong I think it was stupid and pretty disgusting and not above punishment. Definitely not. But you'd have hard time convincing me it was malicious or harmful. Especially in a college town where nudity and weird shit is inescapable. I dunno expulsion and mandatory time with a shrink sounds more proper than jail and $6k.
