I was totally planning on not being happy today. Thanks.
That was really good though.
Thanks for that, I feel like shit now.
time for my daily depression video
[editline]9th September 2011[/editline]
aw yeah, thats the spice
When I read the video description I realised that I wanted to keep my snatch of a good mood and decided not to watch it. Those two things are the saddest pieces of film I've seen in the past couple of years.

Son of a bitch I forgot that those "smileys" no longer exist.
Fuck my eyes are watering.
What the... just had the happiest day in the week and this shows up...
Pretty great timing and all.
great work there.
Up is the only movie that has actually made me cry. I've seen some of the saddest shit in films, and this has still been the only thing to make me cry.
What happened with their baby anyways?
What happened with their baby anyways?
Miscarriage. Or the mother wasn't fertile.

I'm going to bank on miscarriage. They were already getting ready to have a baby, so I assume she was pregnant. No one just goes and redecorates an entire room of a house and fills it with baby shit unless you are pregnant.
Jesus fuck, I was in a good mood and all.
I should stop cutting onions infront of my computer.

Whilst a good match-up, I think the original music was more attuned to it, thus being more of a tear jerker.

Also, have a few addendums about Up's influence:
In addition to the positive critical reviews the film received, Up highlights Pixar's corporate image as an altruistic company through its charitable acts.
In June 2009, 10-year-old Colby Curtin from Huntington Beach, California was suffering from the final stages of terminal vascular cancer. It is reported her dying wish was to "live to see the movie" despite the advanced stage of her disease. Due to her deteriorating condition, she was unable to leave the family home. A family friend contacted Pixar and arranged for a private screening. A Pixar employee flew to the Huntington Beach home with various Up tie-in toys and a DVD copy of the film. Curtin could not open her eyes because of the pain, so her mother described the film to her scene by scene. She died approximately seven hours after the screening ended.

Colby's mother, Lisa, said she had asked her daughter if she could hang on until the movie arrived.
"I'm ready (to die), but I'm going to wait for the movie," she said her daughter replied

Lynch, who was with the family during the screening, said the employee's "eyes were just welled up."

Her mother said one of the memorabilia left by the Pixar employee was an "adventure book" based on a scrapbook that, in the movie, is kept by the wife of the main character.
"I'll have to fill those adventures in for her," Lisa Curtin said of her daughter.
Wow, this is sad. It's good that Pixar did what they did.
Someone needs to stream the movie right now !

it DOES sound a lot like something you'd hear on [sp]L O S T[/sp].
also, now I know how he was able to make his house fly. He just hit Y on his keyboard!
Aww, Pixar knows how to make me sad.
That fucking song should be put in UP, it fits perfectly, and made me cry like a bitch.

Disney. Tear Jerkers of the film industry.
If my roommate wasn't here I'd be bawling, right now I'm trying to take it like a man and losing the battle :(
Man, I've never seen "Up" but so far its seem pretty sad and depressing for a kid's move, at least, the beginning of it.
the beginning is actually very happy until they start getting old. then its sorta depressing. infact i recorded it today when it started showing on Disney for the first time.
Fucks sake, tears in my eyes
