Washington (CNN) -- For all the unanswered questions about the Benghazi attack and the Obama administration crisis management in the hours and days after, this much is certain: The GOP-led investigations will carry over from spring into summer and likely beyond.
I'm all for getting everything out in the open, but god damnit you're heads of 5 of the most powerful committees in the United States. Do something better with your time.
Makes sense really, something like this takes time to investigate and get all the facts.

This is a GOP witch hunt to find some kind of fault with Obama. They already said that, while unlikely it'll come to that, impeachment is not "off the table" for the end of this.
Man, remember how there was a fucking embassy attack nearly every two months when Bush was President and no one gave a fuck?
Waste of time and resources. Shit happened. We acknowledged it. We move on and prevent it in the future. We dont need an investigation to show what they have for lunch.

It's the fact that the US Ambassador died, adding onto the already-present hate of Obama by the GOP. In the 9 that occurred during W. Bush's presidency, only security guards and citizens of the respective countries died.
And he died by Smoke inhalation, not by getting slaughtered.
Oh for fuck's sake, go try to crucify him for a real scandal. Like the DOJ using Patriot Act powers to seize AP phone records to aggressively prosecute leakers and whistleblowers, or using drones to blow up US citizens overseas with no due process.

Yeah but it's too obvious that they support that kind of thing already, going after it is kinda off the table for them.

Leaking secret information is against the law believe it or not. They seized the phone records amidst a criminal investigation.
k thank you.
Since September, Republicans have claimed the Obama administration covered up the truth about the attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya by altering the talking points Susan Rice used on the Sunday morning talk shows. To bolster the story, Republicans misquoted or significantly embellished the emails officials used to draft Rice’s remarks, the CBS Evening News reported Thursday.
