I have no idea what the conflict was, but HOLY SHIT that guy can sure take a taser.
That was extremely badass.
That wasn't badass, it just proves tasers are unreliable as shit. Both prongs didn't hit him, otherwise he wouldn't of been able to talk, let alone point. The guy was an asshole, you shouldn't be applauding him.

It looked like he was pointing at the woman when he said that. He certainly wasn't pointing at the cop with the tazer.
He was probably drunk and thus somewhat more pain resistant, plus he has a sturdy build. He went down fairly easy by the looks of it, probably a mix of his condition and the taser on top of things.
I don't see what's so cool about this.

Yep. It's like a circuit. Break the circuit, no flow of electricity.
Same thing with a defibrillator... you don't use both paddles -- no shock.

But only one actually got stuck.
What happened was the initial 50,000 volts hit him, which only lasts a very very split second as the darts hit the target. He felt that but since one prong probably got caught on his shirt, he didn't feel anything else other than the one physically in him
He almost looked like he was going to willingly get on the ground before the cop just came out of nowhere and pushed him down.

It is physically impossible to ignore the shock from a taser like that. One prong didn't stick into his skin, end of story.
Yeah, you can see at 0:03 that one of the prongs fall off.
Yeah, only one got stuck so the taser didn't work. I was fortunately surprised they didn't shoot him after that.
