Personally I think it's a bit crude in and of itself to be brandishing a flag covered in drawings of butt-plugs and other such things in a public place such as they are, but it's still a hilarious parody.

Anyone who thinks MSNBC is better than FOX either doesn't watch them both or is so blinded by bias that they simply can't see.
