The initial report was observed on Tuesday this week. I did not want to share this information any more than it already has been, but I feel that more should know that we live in a very imperfect world, and to stay vigilant because there is evil amongst us every where we go.

6 foot tall Ricardo Lugo who is currently on a quarter of a million dollar bail, aged 17, posed as a 12-year-old child to attend Hurst Hills Elementary in Fort Worth, Texas. 5ft 8 tall Randy Wesson who is currently on a 3 million dollar bail, aged 28, has been accused of using phony documents to enroll the 17-year-old Mexican runaway as a sixth-grader at the elementary school. The school staff reported that no unusual behavior was detected by Lugo. The pair was caught due to an instagram post, which led to backtraces finding content linked to Wesson's online forum browsing.

At the time, Wesson was working at the Sea Life Aquarium, and a mother there filed a complaint with police. She said Wesson picked up her 4-year-old son and volunteered to baby-sit him sometime.
No charges were filed, however, because police found no evidence of wrongdoing, Grapevine police Sgt. Robert Eberling said.
That changed last week when Hurst detectives interviewed Wesson’s parents — and the “floodgates” opened, Teague said.
Bruce Wesson said his son had told them a woman from El Paso called him and said they had a 12-year-old child together. He told his parents the DNA results proved Lugo was his son and he needed to bring the boy to Hurst, the father said.
But Bruce Wesson told police he suspected his son was lying because he believed he was gay.
On Monday, police executed a search warrant at the home where Wesson and Lugo lived and seized a “large amount” of evidence.
Wesson told them he had about 42,000 images of child porn in his phone, computer and external storage drives.
Some of the photographs of children on Wesson’s phone were taken Aug. 25 and 26, the same month Lugo was enrolled at Hurst Hills.
One video shows Lugo spanking a child who also appears in a different photo, police said.
Messages police found on the phone indicate Lugo was “recruiting possible victims from school for himself and Randy,” Lugo’s arrest affidavit states.
Wesson also admitted sexually assaulting more than 100 children between the ages of 7 and 14. He identified a dozen of them by name, court records state.
When police raided the Fort Worth home, Wesson told them he and Lugo have had a sexual relationship since early 2014 after they met on Instagram.
Lugo told Wesson he was 12 years old and unhappy in his home in Juarez, Mexico, Wesson told police, so he drove to El Paso and watched the teen walk across the border. They went to Fort Worth and started living together.
In August, Wesson posed as Lugo’s father and enrolled him in the sixth grade at Hurst Hills Elementary using a fake Ohio birth certificate, authorities said.
Police arrested Wesson after searching the Fort Worth house on Tuesday. Child Protective Services pulled Lugo out of school the same day, and police arrested him when they learned he was 17, not 12 as he and Wesson had claimed.

If I am not mistaken, on the live news broadcast the school principal said that the investigation guidelines at the time were to "ask your kids if they had come in contact with any unusual men" or something along the lines of that. Which tells me that many many children could have been victimized as the suspect has been enrolled since august. More importantly we should all give our condolences to the possible victims of this tragic catastrophe, that was caused by a mentally ill child predator and his lackey.

Don't worry their going to end up in Texas prison. There's the death penalty and the hardest of the hard in the penitentiary. The cops here play hard ball too, they'll never see hope or fresh air again if found guilty.
From what I'm understanding (or trying to) in that article snip, Lugo told Wessen that he was 12, moved in with Wessen, they banged, then Wessen got him enrolled in school where they molested kids together?
What the fuck? It doesn't make any sense. How can one adult meet up with another while pretending to be a child and yet everything be okay when they turn out to both be adults face to face?

I hope the justice system attempts to deal with them in a just way as it has for all other criminals, and their punishment is relative to the nature of the crime.

Yeah! And we could also send suspected terrorists there! And by being outside of the US, we could torture the inmates and subject them to terrible conditions deserving of their crime. Great idea, why hasn't anyone thought about this? It would obviously work so well and nobody would have a problem with the dehumanizing conditions!
