I never really understood what was up with people getting butthurt online in RD:R. Wasn't that whole posse system and drop-in multiplayer the purpose of it all?

Sometimes people like to own the game. they have THEIR OWN big posse so they think they OWN the game. That modder thought that he was much too great for me to be in his posse, and even wanted me to leave the actual game, as if he owned it. in fact, he was willing to freeze me just to try to show how big and powerful he was. I think I took him down a peg, and when he realized it, he decided it would be best to show me how un-phased he was, by sending me two messages, telling me so. "So what, you freezed me. I'll just turn back on my xbox, no big deal." all the time while he was trying to make it seem like a big deal if he froze me. And to top it off, he blocked me. He must really be un-phased.
Glad I was recording all that. really shows how some people on that game are so full of themselves. I just play to have fun. That guy was playing to prove a point by ruling the game, and hopefully he realized that he's not always going to get away with it.

I've never encountered any huge posses when I played, but yeah it's pretty funny when people in posses think they own the session and no one in there really gives a shit. Me and 2 friends played in a group's posse consisting of 4 people, and they started hunting us down, so we kept killing them over, and spawn camped them(Before they put in the bully patch). They wanted to 3v4 team death match and we beat them by about 18 kills. Pretty sad that they try to talk shit and get stomped.

I don't think you quite understand what that word even means do you?
Asking a question if some game's multiplayer is still popular after a year or so of it's release is okay given the state of the industry of this day and age.

sorry, I like the game a lot and there are so many people playing. R* has triple XP events as well, which makes even more people play. i say he's trolling because it's almost as if he's dissing the game by saying something like "oh, people [I]still[/I] play that game?" you know what i mean? maybe not because all my statements seem to be contrary to people's opinions on this forum.
So he posts this video on youtube of him using mods where he can easily be banned? GG
