Its very useful, having an easy way of uploading right after taking it. Also its the same for all your games, even shortcut ones.

Just FYI, you can screenshot non Steam games that you launch via Steam with it. Minecraft for example.

a gigabyte of storage would give you room for about 2000 screenshots at 1080p saved as .jpg, give or take a few 100.
Now to transfer all my 1040+ pictures from Xfire to Steam. :|
