Ferrari does *not* fuck around with their public image. And as for this kid... chances are he and his dad are banned from purchasing any newer or used Ferrari models (since Ferrari also keeps track of their used models and who purchases them). So this was his first and probably last Ferrari he owned, no amount of money can change that.
