Inflated heads and thrusters attached to the limbs of ragdolls are overused too.
The only a bit good part was that huge demoman, rest was generic ragdoll spazz with sounds applied.

And there are too many explosions and Gannon saying "die!".
Although a lot of these things in his videos are overdone, they're still pretty well made. I doubt many of us could do better.
The only thing I really liked was the ending. Some of the stuff in the middle was OK, some made me giggle. Though honestly, the arms flailing around like crazy just isn't funny and neither are the down syndrome eyes. Plus the stupid 4chan meme crap like "WTFBOOM" and "Die" from the Zelda CD-i games are just plain stupid and unfunny. Overall: Average video, like 90% of his uploads.

It didn't have over posed faces in very frame and finally had some originality in it again.
Engineer at the end was the most funny part, didn't see that one coming. I was expecting an explosion.
