Yeah GCC drivers do some crazy shit on the roads... I used to live in Kuwait, the drifters used to get so happy when it rained... "Wasta" (bribes + connections) clears any police warnings/infractions/tickets up quickly, and most of these people have tons of money and nothing to do with it.

Heh, I bet the common people will only think drifting happens only in Japan, and not notice that halfway around the world are some saudi arabians doing it themselves!
