if any of this account is to be trusted at all it seems like: 2 black guys ran a white guy (the soldier) over with their car and then got out and started chopping his head off they had a revolver which backfired when fired at police

Could have always been drug related or just one of those random murders that seems to happen way too often now

The attack may have been filmed according to the BBC. It's being considered as a terrorist attack by islamic extremists according to the met police. COBRA meeting with security services etc taking place soon. This is pretty nuts.
