To be fair, they have been teasing the return of Illidan since the end of Cata at the Blizzcons.

That's fair enough. It just seems to me they intend to ride the hype train to the station. I do like the artifact weapons. I just hope this expansion comes out better than warlords did.

To be fair, there have been times where we have decapitated them, and they still come back as undead.

Blizzard claimed he shaved, but there is a lot of evidence within the game that points to it not actually being Khadgar.
If he can turn into a bird, why wouldn't he turn into a younger and hipper Khadgar?

Thats the point, the expansions are too far apart which causes subs to go down. So they're making them come out faster.

I'm still not at all convinced. The last two expansions were a massive insult to old Horde players and I don't really feel comfortable with the new crowd this is all appealing to.

Not talking about the Burning Legion since I've been eagerly waiting for their return too, just Illidan. I know he's technically a demon so he never dies, but it still feels a bit forced, specially with Gul'dan's return and all happening at the same time.
Only thing I am looking forward to is the look of the new menu screen and kickass music.
I wanna hype but I just don't know if I should considering how WoD has been going.
I wonder if wow would benefit from going f2p by now even if I wouldn't condone it
