Players Can Delete World Props Using the Context Menu?

So for some reason, users can delete world props using the context menu on my DarkRP server, and it's preventing me from taking it out of beta. I tried to find a solution to this, but the closest thing I found was this:

I haven't been able to find anything in the DarkRP Modification settings relating to the context menu. If someone could please help me with this, or give me the file location of where I can change this setting, it would be greatly appreciated.
