Six people were arrested this week and accused of luring a 15-year-old boy to a Florida home, shooting him several times, burning his body in a fire pit and putting the remains into paint cans, authorities said. The killing occurred Sunday in the central Florida city of Ocala, according to a statement from the Marion County Sheriff's Office. Two females in the group allegedly lured the victim, Seath Jackson, to the home, and the group beat him with a wooden object. He was then shot several times with a .22-caliber gun, authorities said. As the wounded teen attempted to flee, he was tackled and shot again, according to the sheriff's statement. His body was allegedly placed in a sleeping bag and burned in a fire pit outside the home. His ashes were placed into several paint containers and thrown into a large garbage can, authorities said. Authorities said they learned of the alleged plot from a member of the group who confessed to witnessing the killing. Four adults and two minors were charged in connection with the killing. Michael Bargo, 18; Charlie Kay Ely, 18; Justin Soto, 20; and two minors face first-degree murder charges, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said. And James Haven, 37, faces charges of accessory to the crime for allegedly helping to dispose Jackson's remains and driving one of the suspects out of the area to avoid arrest, authorities said. Sheriff's department documents gave little information about what caused the killing other than brief statements by suspects about a dispute and a growing hatred. Soto's public defender, Bill Miller, would not comment on the case. Ely is not represented by an attorney, and Bargo will make his first appearance Thursday morning, according to Marion County courts. Haven, who is not represented by an attorney, posted a $10,000 bond and was released Wednesday morning. The two minors involved in the case are being represented by public defenders, who could not comment.
Source: http://www.cnn.com/2011/CRIME/04/20/florida.killing/index.html?hpt=T2
Why... Sick motherfuckers.
what the FUCK
wHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? [editline]21st April 2011[/editline] Capslock, apologies. Who the fuck would do that for any reason?
The first few lines are like something out of horrors.
I hope they didn't empty the paint cans in the sink. That's bad for the environment.
:smith:
Paint cans? Really? :geno:
let's lure a guy and kill him, then burn him and put his remains in paint cans! good idea
I'd like to see those TF2 players paint their hats now.
Those people are fucking asshats. I vote for death penalty. Who agrees?
I wanted to stop reading after
As the wounded teen attempted to flee, he was tackled and shot again, according to the sheriff's statement. Usually news like these don't have any effect on me but for some reason this did :|
let's lure a guy and kill him, then burn him and put his remains in paint cans! good idea
If that guy didn't confess to witnessing it, they would've gotten away with it. Truly some horrific shit.

sounds like some crazy shit i like it (User was banned for this post ("Trolling/awful reply" - Dragon))
Wow. I wish we had more inside knowledge about why they did this. Usually you don't get killed by a group of people for no reason-- keep in mind how many people were involved with this.. There's definetly a story worth looking in to.
Wow. I wish we had more inside knowledge about why they did this.
Why? Do you think the victim was ashing for it?
Why? Do you think the victim was ashing for it?
The victim might have been lead into a dire situation.
Initial reaction in this thread is pretty much; WHY? SICK MOTHERFUCKERS They shot someone, then they burned him. Now I don't know about you people, but I at least can put two and two together. He might have got whacked for he was involved in something, or was he? I read a bit of the article, and it appears they killed a fifteen year old, shot him several times (why couldn't it just take 1 bullet?)after the girls had lured him. And the most important part; was he a stranger to them? If so, evil fucks. If he was killed for no reason, no explanation, it is just plain damn senseless violent murder. Death sentence. Because that just won't do. But who knows, maybe the killers had asked the girls to lure him to them so they can "talk" to him.. for some reason, say "snitching." That won't justify the act, but it would explain it. and it would draw the line between truly evil and something else, like the death sentence. Also I'm not suggesting that the whole ragtag should be lined up and executed; it depends on the girls involvement in killing, them knowing they are involved in a killing in the first place, etc etc and the actual ones who masterminded it all and put the wheels in motion, killing him. (And again, for what reason) But then again the young age of the victim suggest that the nature of this crime was just purely evil, but I wouldn't know. [sp]edited some, it's complicated after all, so hold your boxes[/sp]
What the fuck is wrong with people. It seems like a bunch of stupid, crazy-as-shit stuff is happening in Florida. "Let's legalize bribing!" "Separation of church and state what's that lol" "I haven't gotten my burger yet! DOWN WITH THE KING" "I'm going to chase some children down with a sword!" "Hey guys, let's lure this kid somewhere, beat and shoot him to death, burn the body, and throw him away in paint cans!" And I'm sure there's more that's happened recently that I'm missing. That oil from Deepwater must finally be getting to them.
Why couldn't it take one bullet? It's a fucking 22. They bounce off of leather jackets.
I'm no gun enthusiast, so pardon me. I've always had the impression that firearms of nearly all sort are lethal.. So... Can you even kill a person with 22. bullets, or are they bullets at all? Because if they shot him with some airsoft gun and burned him after that, then it's just horrible.

Well placed shots will kill somebody (head, heart, lung).
It's a fucking 22. They bounce off of leather jackets.
Are you kidding me? Close range through the chest a .22 can fucking kill you easily. Just because you've spent thousands of hours shooting .50 calibre sniper rifles in videogames does not make you impenetrable to small caliber bullets. A close range 22 is deadly.
Either that or they were just psychopathic shitheads that thought killing someone would be cool.
I guess so-- I just have a hard time believing that many people, including a 33 year old, had the sudden impulse to kill this kid in cold blood. It just seems strange to fucking shoot someone down like that unprovoked. This thread will carry on for pages and people will all feel sorry for the victim-- where in reality, we have no information about what their motives were. Maybe this 15 year old was a piece of shit. Maybe he stole a bunch of money, or raped one of the girls or something fucked up like that? Who the hell knows? We can't sympathize with any of them, we also can't claim that the DEATH PENALTY applies here. There's not enough information. Everyone should shut the fuck up.

I have countless guns that I've shot thousands of rounds through. I'm quite educated in the majority of modern weapons, and their relative ballistics. Don't talk shit when you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
He must have done something to piss them off, why would they just do something like that to some innocent kid?
Yes you can. 22 caliber was the hitman's caliber of choice for a long time. Well placed shots will kill somebody (head, heart, lung).
Alright, so technically my point still stands. In other words, there are a lot of ways how this could happen, and why, I'll try to briefly cover two of them; A) "hey.. i thought you, katie and kat, should go lure a boy to our place, then we kill him. at least we get his lunch money, but i just wanna BURN HIM" Verdict; Psycho fucks and the punishment should be ruthless and harsh, even death is justified in my eyes. B) "God damn that 15-year-old-boy is gonna snitch on our operation, we gotta kill him, here's the plan--" Verdict; A murder, in such fashion, nearly just as bad as the A), maybe they didn't know how how handle a gun, they were messy on the job, whatever. sentence varying from ten to fifteen up to forty or so years, with or without parole. But wouldn't they get accountable for another crime in this case, the "secret operation" they had going, if that was the reason for a murder. So, it can make a difference. But either way, these people are fucked
