Drink water... lots of water. I had one too. Very painful.
The water will help flush it out of you, but you have to pee it out which hurts like a bitch.

Just drink lots of pure cranberry juice, helps it come out easier, don't get the good tasting kind either, good ol cranberry juice is the best for your bladder.
