Sounds like an intriguing name, right? Well, the band itself is more intriguing.
They are a South African Hip-hop group from Cape Town. They speak in English, and Zulu/Afrikaans, I think.
Having watched a couple of their videos, I am happy to say that this is the weirdest band I've heard of in a long time.

A good friend of mine lived in South Africa for a couple months. He said that Die Antwoord is INCREDIBLY popular there. I think it is so hilarious; I don't know how anyone can take them seriously.

I like them, they are weird in the way that they just don't give a fuck. They made it this far by being themselves and not changing because people thought they were different.
They sound pretty horrible in my opinion, plus they are Afrikaans and as was once said in a spitting image sketch
