First of all to explain,
"A stereogram is an optical illusion of depth created from flat, two-dimensional image or images. Originally, stereogram referred to a pair of stereo images which could be viewed using stereoscope. Other types of stereograms include anaglyphs and autostereograms."
Basically a jumbled picture that if looked at in a certain way produces a 3D image.
How to do it: If you can, Unfocus your eyes and stare at the image for a couple of seconds.
If you can't do that, cross your eyes and look at it, an alternative is putting your eyes very close to the screen and slowly pulling your head backwards, this will most likely make you look like an idiot though.
If you do it correctly you will see a hidden image, in these its another face, but see if you can tell whose it is.
I made a couple of Stereograms, more commonly known as Magic Eye pictures, with some mingefaces I found in one of my old screenshot folders, as seen below. (The Gman head is from a different picture.)

I used it and it ruined my images every time so I stopped using it.
But since you don't get it, google Magic Eye, you probably just never saw one before.
I saw a lot of those before, but I never knew what are they for :P
You should probably explain what magic eye/stereograms are, for people who don't know.
You kind of make your eyes cross-eyed. You'll probably then see a hidden picture that looks like it's "dented" inside the overall picture.
It's an illusion.
Those are pretty bad. Can't really tell what's actually in them.
You've used some really bad images to make this stuff with.
It's close to impossible to even see the depth in these.
Can't move far away before it vanishes either.
are they suppose to be head silhouettes?
I see a fucked up head shape and ears in all of them...
I think the first one is supposed to be Dr. Kleiner, but I only got that through his glasses. Judging by the angles of the heads on the last two (as you can't tell what the hell's supposed to be what), I'd say they're G-Man and Breen.

First one is kleiner i think and the third is breen.. not sure though, and yes i know how to use magic eye
i think the first is kliener, the second is gman, and the last is monk..
the first i think i can see glasses, the third has a trianglish head, square on top and pointy on bottom, and monk's head is round :>
