No, this isn't a blog. Think of it more as a story.
To start things off, my mom takes care of this guy who just died probably 3-4 days ago. He was a veteran, and he was a rich guy too. He has a corvette, gold bars in a safe, everything. But he was a cheapo too. Didn't wanna buy T.V or A.C or anything. That's how he got his money.
Now, at the time he died [2:37 am], we put the flag half way down to honor the veteran who passed by. The person who gets all the stuff in the will called his crazy son who he hates. This is where shit goes down. At 7:00 am they go to sherris, and come back to see him in the yard. He's been released from jail just 4 days ago after 10 years. This little shit head has 42 felonies in total. He's a drop out, does drug, all that shit. Can't even read. He calls the police and tells him that he got all the loan for the house, the corvette, everything. The gold bars, the jewelry. And the stupid fucking officer believes him (kinda). He isn't allowed to go into the house and neither are we.
10 minutes after the cop leaves, he breaks in. He's been in there for 3 days, and when hes gone he leaves his son to guard the place. He's armed with 2 pistols and has been sent to jail for assault with a deadly weapon. We can't do shit till Monday when we go to court. There is over $500,000 dollars worth of cars, gold, ect. in the house.
[b]tl;dr[/b]: Crazy son of dead veteran who can't read breaks in house that has over $500,000 worth of shit in it and we have a restraining order that says we can't go with in the property until its dealt with.

Get proof/evidence that they're squatting/b&e/threatening/death threats/whatever else they may be doing that is criminally negligible, and bring it forth in court.

Hey now there's no need to take a sarcastic attitude, it's not like you said he threatened to shoot you in the op or any other posts you've made in this thread.
