Recently my youtube has been looking like this. I was just wondering if this was how everyones looked or if mine is just messed up.

Looks like the beta Cosmic Panda layout has tried to forcefully display itself but is messing up because you haven't chosen to participate in the beta, so it's like "Wtf am I doing here" in a sense.

Yes but I can't rate any videos or favorite them.
Oh. Well in that case, try pressing CTRL+F5 on the page. It makes it do a hard refresh.
If that doesn't work (because it doesn't always), clear your cache.
