While the shooting part is extreme, the same kind of problem is encountered on an occasional basis in France and it [I]has[/I] turned really sour, involving serious injuries as well as assault and battery. The most conservative Muslims and families who originate from Maghreb occasionally make the news when the father demands that his wife is solely assisted by other women and gets really physical when male doctors ignore the demands and do their job as usual. I'm not one to defend Saudi Arabia, but this isn't exclusive to them.
