And if it was detonated on the EU, they all would be dead too.
And if it was detonated on the EU, they all would be dead too.
Why would anyone detonate it on EU?
How is this news? They've known this for decades? ...Hell it was in Modern Warfare 2 even... Now that just shows how 'no-brainer' it is.
Why would anyone detonate it on EU?
Someone extreme enough to do this to the U.S would probably to do it the EU in a heartbeat if given the chance.

And Splinter Cell Conviction
I've known about EMPs since the Matrix. God damn, Fox, step up your game.
Nukeyaler.

I highly doubt that 9/10 would be dead. People in cars, sure they'd stop working but they'd roll to a stop and not just explode. Planes would glide down, if they're lucky, they'd live the crash land. Boats would keep floating. Food isn't electric.
"Fox News"

Sure, you probably won't die immediately, but you would eventually run out of food.
Whya re they calling it a nuclear bomb? It's an EMP. Electromagnetic Pulse Weapon...Fox News you've done it again.
Whya re they calling it a nuclear bomb? It's an EMP. Electromagnetic Pulse Weapon...Fox News you've done it again.
the only practical way to deliver an EMP is via a nuclear bomb. it isn't the only way but it's the only practical way
the only practical way to deliver an EMP is via a nuclear bomb. it isn't the only way but it's the only practical way
And a nuclear bomb combined with EMP would fuck some major shit up.
And a nuclear bomb combined with EMP would fuck some major shit up.
Goddamnit, Nuclear Blasts GIVE off EMPs.
It was part of the plot of Homefront too.
homefront had a plot?

Spark plugs and things like that wouldn't fry from the blast, neither would vacuum tube things. And for the most part, our important electrical wires are underground, they'd be safe too.
It's very easy to protect yourself from a EMP, But BUT! Most electronics don't have this as it costs money, probably important powergrids are protected
yeah didn't they cover this on call of duty 4
And then you take into account foreign aid. woops, there goes the 9 out 10 being dead
Everyone in the US are so fat they need pacemakers for their hearts, so that's why it's 9/10 :downs:
Everyone in the US are so fat they need pacemakers for their hearts, so that's why it's 9/10 :downs:
You are one funny guy.
Everyone in the US are so fat they need pacemakers for their hearts, so that's why it's 9/10 :downs:
a-ha.
Why would anyone detonate it on EU?
why would anyone detonate it on america?
Food isn't electric.
no but storing it and mass producing it is
Everyone in the US are so fat they need pacemakers for their hearts, so that's why it's 9/10 :downs:
Badum tish rating.
no but storing it and mass producing it is
By the time we run out, we'd have ways of transporting it again. The only real high-tech thing that cattlehands use would be the vaccination thing. Even then, they would be able to do it by hand, and they normally have a stockpile of it.
