It's me again. If you remember that one video I did on Crash 2, here's one I did for Animal Crossing. I hope you guys like it, it took the life out of me trying to get it done.

For good measure, here's the Crash 2 one I did 2 weeks back as well, in case anyone is new to what I'm doing

Your inhaling is a bit distracting.
Too try-hard at being enthusiastic. Gets stale after a while and rather annoying. But if your key demographic is 12 year olds, keep it up.
Just watched all three videos, i'm all for the enthusiasm.
I think you'll go far.
I was afraid I wasn't being enthusiastic enough actually :v: but that's literally just how I sound when I talk about video games in real life. I get really excited. The only difference here is that I'm able to have multiple takes so I don't slir my words like a drunken middle aged divorcee
This brought back a lot of good memories. Thanks for the video and keep at it. I love the original AC. All the nes games you could find and play just sweetened it.

Thanks a lot man, I appreciate it! And yeah, I'm so ready for the next one. I'm halfway through writing it, and it definitely feels most like the first video in terms of flow and style. That's gonna be a really good one as well, I can feel it.
As for the mic: give me time. That's the very next thing I'm gonna do. I have all the equipment necessary, and all I need is that mic. The problem is that not only will I have to buy the mic, but the audio interface as well. And that could take well over a month maybe. I can guarantee that the audio quality will improve drastically over time.
god I love animal crossing so much
Making this video got me back into New Leaf :v:
I've been working on making this kind of content for months now. It's really hard to get the right style of editing, talking etc etc. So far, I really like this. Keep it up!
No offense but do you have speech issues? It sounds like you're out of breath all the time. Kinda like how a fat person speaks after they did a jog down the stairs.
sounds like you're shouting into the mic which is a bit annoying, but you've got potential I have to admit. Even though I'm not too fond of these kinds of vids, I think it's a style done to death.

you fucker, i almost choked on my drink
fantastic work again, and yeah, you need a better audio setup.
even placing a blanket or two up around where you record makes a huge difference.
Definetely going to try out Animal Crossing on gamecube! Thanks!

My pop shield is coming on Monday! Also thanks for the feedback man, I'm so happy you enjoyed it.
Love this. I've only ever played new leaf and some city folk, but now I want to try out the first one.
Tbh the way you get too enthusiastic is kinda going against the voice thing you've going on with your sudden changes, different moods and all and it ends up making most sentences sound the same.

I noticed that myself a little bit. One of the focuses of the next video is to add slightly more variety.
Fun fact, Animal Crossing was the game that encouraged me to learn to read.

Holy shit, really? Care to elaborate?
Oh Jesus, you put my reply in the first video with my username in it.
It's associated with things you might not want to associate with, just a FYI.
You are doing great. The low view numbers you are getting at the moment are only because the YouTube algorithm doesn't like your channel yet. The stuff is really watchable already.
I'm interested about your gaming history. You seem to have pretty wide tastes and machines you have played on.

This is what i imagine Jontron would be like if he was praising great games instead of mocking bad ones
Wow, that's a big compliment for me dude :v: thanks for enjoying it so much. I've said it in every other thread I made, but that's what I like doing the most. The fact that people are willing to try any of the games thanks to my videos is all the success I could really ever ask for. That's at least the main goal, really.

I have Asbergers, and when I was about 3, my brother bought Animal Crossing, So I guess intrested. Due to my Asbergers I had issues with my speech at the time, so the colorful world of Animal Crossing pulled me in, and I finally was a king of speech. Hell, even with that slow start, I'm apparently really good at college level pronunciation and stuff in middle school. I really owe it all to this game
Also i didn't know how to pay my rent off in the original and I didnt even know how to put stuff in drawers :v:
Pretty entertaining

Dude, that's fucking sick. I'm really happy for you. I've heard countless stories of how this game changed peoples' lives somehow. Honestly I'm so sensitive as a person that just hearing about something like that is enough to get me emotional. I'm really glad this game helped you. I haven't really experienced anyone who has Asperger's or autism but I know it can really be an otherwise hindering disease/illness to those that have it. Keep on man.

no, he's talking about draping blankets around the walls of the room you record in. it drastically improves the acoustics. when i record my drumming videos, i use them, and it sounds so much better with them.
any blanket will do, the thicker / more surface area, the better

Yeah. There wasn't much of a change in your cadence or volume in this video. So being at 100% less would help out.
That said, this video made me stare at my Gamecube for about five minutes wondering where my copy went.

Oh shit. I guess I'll try this next. My main issue is this fucking loud ass radiator in my room that I have no control over. If my building turns it on, it's on and it gives off this loud hiss that ends up getting in the background. Doesn't help that the mic isn't exactly directional and basically captures any sound that come flying at it.
Absolutely worth the wait and helped kill time at work. Absolutely loved it, now to stop neglecting my New Leaf town :(
